Account Creation

Account Termination

Subscription Plans

CVBuilderAI offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations:

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

Content Responsibility

• AI suggestions are automatically generated and may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• Third-party AI services have their own terms and privacy policies
• AI processing may involve temporary data transmission to third-party services
• We strive to use only reputable AI providers with strong privacy protections

You agree not to use the Service to:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement or course of performance
• Accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the Service will guarantee job placement or interview success.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUILDMYCV, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content or suggestions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CVBuilderAI and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees), resulting from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any content you submit through the Service

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
3. Courts of British Columbia, Canada, as a last resort

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
